Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QuietPipeline's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

QuietPipeline provides cold email outreach services for mortgage originators targeting real estate professionals. Our services include:

• Strategy consultation and market targeting
• Email campaign development and execution
• Domain setup and compliance review
• Exclusive agent assignment management

Exclusivity Model

Our exclusivity model ensures that each real estate agent is assigned to only one mortgage originator within our system. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Agent assignments are exclusive and non-transferable
• Exclusivity is maintained as long as you remain an active client
• We reserve the right to reassign agents if your account becomes inactive
• You may not sublicense or share agent assignments with others

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Maintain a valid NMLS license throughout the engagement
• Respond to agent inquiries professionally and promptly
• Not engage in practices that could harm our reputation or compliance standing
• Pay invoices in accordance with agreed-upon terms

Compliance Requirements

All email communications conducted through QuietPipeline comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements and B2B email best practices. You agree to:

• Provide accurate sender information for all communications
• Honor all opt-out requests received through your campaigns
• Not request or approve misleading content in email campaigns
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established during the onboarding process. Standard terms include:

• Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for completed campaign work
• Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days notice

Limitation of Liability

QuietPipeline provides email outreach services to facilitate conversations between mortgage originators and real estate agents. We do not guarantee:

• Specific response rates or conversion rates
• Business outcomes or closed deals
• Agent availability or responsiveness

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the three months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Active campaigns will be concluded or paused
• Agent exclusivity assignments will be released
• Outstanding invoices remain due
• We retain the right to reassign previously exclusive agents

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and systems used by QuietPipeline remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use campaign materials during active engagement only.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state where QuietPipeline LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms
